Jokes aside, your cookie-cutter approach to benefits just won\u2019t work.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>But to keep your benefits package from becoming a house of horrors, there are clear right and wrong ways to sweeten the (jack-o-lantern) pot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s go through a few:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-make-your-benefits-heal-not-haunt\">1.
